My name is Amelie and I'm a UX Designer who enjoys creating minimal yet impactful designs.

I started my career as a consultant for the market research company Kantar where I helped global brands understand their users better to aid in brand and image growth. My time there sparked an interest in how user's perceive a brand, and how well-designed products can immensely improve their experience. I realised that not only understanding user needs is what motivates me, but also the creation of the product itself. This is why I shifted my career to UX Design last year.

Currently, I am both working as a UX & UI designer for a Swiss e-commerce brand and as a freelance designer for clients from diverse industries such as event planning or construction. Delivering a design that brings users joy and ease of use as well as building a great and honest relationship with my clients is what I am focussing on the most. 

 

My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and a Master's degree in Management with a focus on marketing. With my degree and past work experience, I am well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative research. Additionally, I have earned a professional certificate as a UX Designer.
